For more than 15 years THYSOL has been running kinesiology taping courses all over the world under our trademark MTC®. Most of the MTC® courses are independent locally accredited courses offered to medical professionals. Our MTC® team of instructors works closely together gathering up-to-date information globally to ensure our courses present therapists with the latest medical development-related information available. In most countries CureTape® , VetkinTape® and Fasciq®is available to therapists and patients alike where local MTC® instructors run instructional courses. MTC® provides distinct training courses that are established under two primary divisions; Medical (human kinesiology applications) and Veterinary (equine/canine kinesiology applications).

LYMPATHIC DRAINAGE
The Lymphatic kinesiology taping course is attended by therapists from many health care backgrounds, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, registered or licensed massage therapists (with minimum entrance requirements), physicians and other related fields. The Lymph Drainage Course utilizes the CureTape method from Holland. Lymph Taping is a part of the Medical Taping Concept (MTC) and is very well suited to stimulate lymphatic drainage. The body’s own recovery process is stimulated by applying an elastic tape material. The special tape has the same elasticity as the skin and by applying the tape in accordance with the anatomy of the lymphatic system as well as positioning the body in a way that the tape is stretched, lymphatic drainage is stimulated 24 hours a day. The tape lifts the skin a little through which the lumen of the lymph capillaries is opened. The pressure on the blood vessels is reduced. Moreover, the tape becomes a conductor of interstitial fluid.
To deliver the lympathic drainage course, we have partnered with the world-renowned provider of lymph training courses, Dr. Vodder International – a leader in their field.

FASCIA TREATMENT CONCEPTS
Excellent therapeutic results have been achieved with a treatment directed specifically at the fasciae. The following therapeutic treatments are included in this theoretical and practical hands-on course for the treatment of the fascia.
IASTM Tools Therapy (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization tools). For loosening fascial structures and to mobilize the fascial soft tissue.
Cupping Therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special silicon cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. This treatment helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
Myofascial Release Therapy utilizes tools (foam rollers, peanut balls, massage balls) to keep the body flexible through the treatment of trigger points.
Medical Flossing Utilizing latex straps of varying thickness/widths to treat the fasciae. Results include fast relocation/disposal of moisture after a trauma, improved range of motion in joints, reduced muscle tension, pain reduction, lymphatic drainage, and improved tissue perfusion.

It is an additional and must have treatment method that fits perfectly in every physio professional’s toolkit. I am looking forward to meet you at one of our courses!”
